A: - We can Clear the Health Service queue and config manually by Stoping the health through command “net stop health service” and browse to the following directory “C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\Health Service State” and delete all folders and files in that directory. Start the Health Service “net start Health Service“ again.

B: - by Console, Clear the Health Service queue and config from the console, Start the “Operations Manager Console” and browse to “Monitoring, Operations Manager, Agent and select Agent Health State“, Select the Server which is generating by the alert and open the Actions pane Click “Flush Health Service State And Cache”.
