Step 1 Login to vCenter with Admin rights
Step 2 Get downtime from the VM owner and power off the VM.
Step 3 Right click on VM and select 'Edit Settings'
Step 4 Select on 'Memory' and on right pane Modify the amount of required RAM.
Step 5 Click on OK and wait till the completion of the task.
Step 6 Power on the VM and check if RAM size if reflecting
