1. Login
to the vCenter Server with Admin credentials
2. Click on the VM ID in the left pane and navigate to 'Tasks & Events'
3. Check for reboot logs on the duration which user mentions
4. Check the uptime by navigating to cluster level and add 'Uptime' section to view the uptime.
5. If no logs found confirm user and ask user to check from the OS level.
6. If user is not able to get logs from OS level, check the VMware logs which is present in VMs Datastore folder.
7. If no trace of restart present confirm user the same.
